Ordering / Shipping Policy

Click and Collect Orders
Orders for collection instore are subject to a 11am daily cut off. If you order is received after 11am your order will be picked ready for the following working day.
Please note, due to the Corona Virus outbreak, we are limiting the number of hours the shop is open. Currently we are operating Weds to Fri between 3.30pm and 6.30pm and Sat 12pm until 6.30pm. Please check our social media pages for further updates.


Local Home Deliveries
Local home deliveries are classified as within 4 miles of the shop. These deliveries are being made Thursday to Saturday between 12pm and 5pm.
We are offering a same day service for orders received before 11am during our allocated delivery days (subject to availability).
There is a minimum order value of £15 plus £1.50 delivery charge.

Please message us if you would like your order on a specific day (Thurs, Fri, Sat), it will otherwise be delivered on our next delivery run.


Courier Deliveries
We have teamed up with DPD Local to provide deliveries to the rest of the UK. Our standard UK mainland next day courier services costs £4.99 (excludes Scottish Highlands). Services to the Scottish Highlands and Islands; Northern Ireland; Isle of Wight / Man costs £25.00 (this is not classified as a next day service due to distances).
Orders received before 9am Mon - Fri will be picked and collected by DPD the same day. Once your parcel has been dispatched for delivery you will receive either an SMS / email giving you a one hour delivery slot so you can easily track the progress of your parcel. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 4 working days please contact us or DPD with your tracking number.
During busy periods, please allow for added delays to the parcel network and ourselves picking orders.
If your parcel is damaged you must notify us with 24 hours of the delivery, we will require photographic evidence. If the parcel is clearly damaged upon arrival you reserve the right to refuse the delivery. Please tell the driver and they can arrange for the parcel to be returned to us, we will arrange a refund once we receive the parcel.
We accept no responsibility for failed deliveries if you have provided us with the wrong address.
